Is my data kept separate from other clients?
Yes. Each client gets an isolated environment, enforced at the database level.
Can we host on our own server?
Yes, as a separately scoped option. Responsibilities for that server are agreed in writing. The monitoring, backups and maintenance described here apply to managed hosting.
Do you hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification?
Not today. We'll pursue formal certification when client requirements call for it, and we will never claim a certification we don't hold. Work involving health information is scoped separately before any health data is processed.
What happens if there's a security incident?
We notify you without undue delay, and no later than 72 hours after we're notified of a confirmed incident, with what happened, what data was affected and the steps we're taking.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You get a full export in a standard format within 90 days.
