These terms apply to that website under Section 2.4 of our Master Services Agreement, and are attached to the Order Form that includes it.
1. What's included
- Pages
- Up to 5 (for example: Home, About, Services, FAQ, Contact)
- Revisions
- 1 round of revisions, submitted in one consolidated list within 10 business days of the first draft
- Type
- Static site: fixed pages, no logins, online store, booking engine or custom database
- AI features
- AI chat and voice can be added as part of a paid AI-Powered Website Service
- Hosting
- Included while at least one paid AI Service is active
- Domain
- Client registers and owns its domain; HazirMinds can connect it
2. Not included
Extra pages, extra revision rounds, custom design, copywriting, photography, e-commerce, integrations and later content changes. These are quoted through a change order.
3. Client's part
Client provides its logo, text, images and business details, and confirms it has the right to use them. The build starts once HazirMinds receives them.
4. Launch and changes
The site launches after Client approves it, or 10 business days after the revised draft is delivered if Client sends no further comments. Changes after launch are billed through a change order.
5. When the AI Services end
If Client ends all paid AI Services, Client keeps its website content and domain. HazirMinds will hand over the site files and help transfer the domain within 30 days. Hosting after handover is Client's responsibility (MSA Section 4.7).
