Calls answered by HazirMinds agents can include recording announcements where required by law. Transcripts are stored encrypted and retained per your configuration.
4. Data location
Client data is processed and stored in the United States. Recordings and transcripts stay in your isolated workspace.
5. Your choices
Request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at hello@hazirminds.ai. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and infrastructure isolated per client — operated by HazirMinds.
