Before a conversation starts, callers hear that the call may be recorded and transcribed.
Sensitive questions go to a person
Legal, medical, financial and religious questions are passed to a person the business chooses. The AI doesn't answer them. At masjids and Islamic centers, religious questions go to the imam or scholar the masjid names.
Texts only with your consent
We text only people who have agreed to receive messages, through wording that explains what the messages are for. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A phone call on its own doesn't count as consent to marketing texts.

Our website assistant is an AI, not a person. It answers from information we've approved, but it can make mistakes, so please confirm important details with us. Its answers are general information, not a quote or commitment. Please don't share sensitive personal information with it.
